Matthew Toone

Matthew Toone has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew is currently the President and CEO of Anova since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of Bacharach, Inc. from September 2020.

Matthew has also held various leadership roles at Emerson, including VP Sales and Solutions Cold Chain Platform from July 2019 to September 2020, GM/VP - Cooper Atkins from January 2018 to September 2020, GM/VP Vilter from April 2015 to April 2018, VP of Oil and Gas from July 2014 to April 2015, and Director of Marketing Business Development from October 2012 to July 2014.

Before joining Emerson, Matthew worked as the Director of Business Development and Planning at NIBE AB from September 2011 to September 2012.

Earlier in their career, Matthew served as the New Product Development Manager at Emerson Electric Co. from April 2008 to December 2010. Matthew was responsible for implementing a global stage gate product development process.

Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Professional Services at PREMIER System Integrators from August 2001 to April 2008. In this role, they led the entry into new engineering and IT outsourcing markets and was responsible for recruitment and staffing initiatives.

Matthew also gained experience as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from February 2001 to August 2001. Matthew was responsible for sales, recruiting, and developing new business in technical positions.

Matthew started their career as a Programmer Analyst at USA Group from June 1998 to June 2000. Matthew'sresponsibilities included defining requirements, developing products using various technologies, and acting as the main developer of real-time prototypes.

Matthew Toone attended Indiana State University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
