Oliver Eitrich currently serves as the Managing Director Value Chain, Finance & Digitalization at BACHMANN Group. Previously, Oliver held the role of COO - Leiter Operations und Supply Chain Ropes & Services at PFEIFER Seil- & Hebetechnik GmbH and CEO Vertrieb und Technik at Wieland Electric GmbH DE. With a background in engineering and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Oliver has held various leadership positions in the automotive industry, overseeing development, production, and international projects. Dr. Oliver has a proven track record of implementing lean management and continuous improvement strategies within organizations.
