Andrej Bays

Andrej Bays has extensive experience in product management, currently serving as Teamleiter Produktmanagement and Product Manager at Bachofen AG since February 2018. Prior to this role, Andrej worked at Bioengineering AG from August 2009 to February 2018, assuming various positions including Schweissnahtkontrolleur and Anlage- und Apparatebauer, starting as a Lernender Anlagen- und Apparatebau. Andrej holds a Bachelor's degree in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung from HSO Business School Switzerland (2018-2020) and has completed a BEC Higher in English language education (2018-2019), along with a degree as Technischer Kaufmann EFZ (2016-2018) and a Lehrabschluss as an Anlagen- und Apparatebauer from Berufsbildungsschule Winterthur (2009-2013).
