Bernhard Senn

Bernhard Senn has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Leiter Personal at Bachofen AG since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR processes, managing apprentices, and leading the personnel restaurant. Prior to this role, Bernhard worked as Head of Human Resources at HRG from September 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR processes for approximately 250 employees and supervising a team of four. Earlier in the career, Bernhard held HR Specialist positions at Huber+Suhner and Cementia Trading AG, focusing on HR processes, employee development, and integration. Bernhard began in HR as an Assistant at Schweizer Radio DRS and served as Deputy Head of HR at Die Schweizerische Post, where tasks included personnel planning and administration. Bernhard holds a Dipl. Personalleiter NDS HF in HR from the Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
