Fabio Gaia

Fabio Gaia is an experienced sales and trade marketing professional currently serving as the Sales Director at Bacio di Latte since September 2023. Previously, Fabio held the position of National Sales & Trade Marketing Director at Cia Muller de Bebidas, where responsibilities included overseeing national and export sales, trade marketing, and leading a team of over 200 salespeople. At Danone, Fabio's roles included National Sales Director for E-commerce & New Channels, where outstanding growth was achieved in the digital sales sector, and National Sales Director for the Indirect Channel. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Bonafont, focusing on multi-channel sales, and various management positions at Danone and Unilever. Fabio holds an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, a graduate degree in Marketing from FEI, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
