Brian has spent his career in the distilling industry working with entrepreneurs bringing to reality their vision within the production space of a craft distillery. Since graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Food Science & Technology with a focus on fermentation science, he spent the past 15 years working in all facets of production; from product formulations which have garnered national and international acclaim; to facility design, expansions, and improvement projects including work with Long Road Distillers; Grand Rapids, Michigan’s first craft distillery. After 10 years on the road Brian moved back to Oregon to help industry partners and to be closer to family.
