Nic McGovern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management, internal communications, and operational strategy. Currently serving as Managing Consultant at Veran Performance since August 2023, Nic previously held various leadership roles at The Very Group from February 2005 to July 2022, including Head of Colleague Experience and Insight, where Nic implemented new operational models and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Nic's expertise also encompasses strategic partnerships with senior executives to develop and execute people strategies, enhance internal communications, and foster diversity and inclusion commitments. Nic holds a BA Hons in Business and Communications from the University of Liverpool.
