Kyle Larsen

Kyle has spent his career in the craft brewing industry, recently as Head Brewer at Siren Craft Brew in the UK and Double Mountain Brewery in Hood River, OR before that. He has helped facilitate multiple expansions, focusing on product quality, consistency and systems engineering. Kyle holds an MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Herriot Watt University. Most recently, he helped Siren Craft Brew earn CAMRA’s Supreme Champion Beer of Britain with Broken Dream, a Breakfast Stout. Kyle and family moved back from the UK to launch their own brewery, Kings & Daughters, which is brewed at Barrett Beverage.
