Bao Hoang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rolld Australia Pty Ltd, a position held since May 2012. Additionally, Bao serves as the Chairperson at the Centre for Multicultural Youth since December 2020 and as a Board Member for Asialink Business since July 2021. In 2014, Bao co-founded Mama's Buoi and has been an active franchisee at Back In Motion Health Group since December 2005. As a member of YPO Melbourne since April 2016, Bao contributes to leadership discussions. Bao was a Commissioner on the National COVID-19 Commission Advisory Board from July 2020 to April 2021 and co-founded Revita - Health for Seniors, serving as a non-executive Director until December 2017. Bao holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Salesian College, Chadstone.
