Lauren Charnow Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in franchise management and marketing. Currently serving as a Multi-Unit Franchisee at Degree Wellness since July 2025, Lauren has also been a Franchisee at European Wax Center in Boynton Beach since 2012. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Marketing at Office Depot, where leadership focused on marketing efforts for B2B Managed Print Solutions, and Director of Marketing for Hollywood Media Corp., overseeing CBS's Hollywood.com.
