Lauren Humphrey

Lauren Humphrey is a Registered Kinesiologist currently working at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. since June 2023, specializing in interdisciplinary programs aimed at improving mental health treatment outcomes. In addition to the current role, Lauren serves as a Patient Sitter/Escort at Alternacare Inc. and previously contributed as Field Staff for the 2023 Ontario Student Drug Use and Health Survey at the Institute for Social Research at York University. Lauren has extensive experience in kinesiology and rehabilitation, with prior positions at Lifemark Health Group, where roles included Registered Kinesiologist and Rehabilitation Coordinator. Additional experience includes working as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant and a Student Intern at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, along with various internships and roles in athletic training and administration.
