Elodie Pourtal

Elodie Pourtal has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Elodie currently holds the position of People Partner at Back Market since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at FINAXYS from October 2019 to August 2021, where they served as an HR Development Manager/HRBP. Elodie'sresponsibilities in this role involved managing career development, employee follow-up, wage policy management, and the construction of HR dashboards and KPI analysis. Elodie also handled learning management, project management, and the implementation of skills management tools. Elodie also has experience as an HRBP at FINAXYS from October 2016 to October 2019. Before that, they worked at EXteam as a Recruitment Officer from June 2015 to October 2016, where they were responsible for collecting clients' needs, publication of job advertisements, prequalification calls, and leading job interviews. Elodie also organized various events. Additionally, Elodie worked at Octapharma as a Contract Manager in the Corporate Purchasing Department from January 2014 to February 2014.

Elodie Pourtal pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2011, they attended Lycée La Bruyère where they completed intensive preparation courses for the entrance exams to top French Business schools. During this period, their field of study was Literature and English options. From 2013 to 2016, Elodie enrolled in ISIT and completed their Master's Degree in Intercultural Management. Additionally, in 2014, they attended the University of Vienna for an Erasmus Semester to study Communication and Translation.
