Lucie Albert has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucie joined Back Market in 2020 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they partnered with C-Levels and Leaders to define recruitment priorities and strategy for all Business and Product departments in the EU and the US. Additionally, they led projects to scale and improve recruitment processes.

Prior to that, Lucie worked at Amazon from 2014 to 2020. Lucie held various roles during their tenure, including Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Senior Vendor & Business Manager, and Project & Merchandising Manager. In these positions, they excelled in defining strategic procurement partnerships, managing client portfolios, driving revenue growth, and launching innovative projects.

Before joining Amazon, Lucie worked at Chapitre.com as an Ecommerce Manager, where they successfully launched and monitored the eBook business line both online and in stores. Lucie also coordinated a partnership with Sony, the eBook reader manufacturer.

Lucie's earlier work experience includes a role as a Marketing Research Manager at Orange Advertising, where they conducted analyses and studies on online user behavior in the EU, providing support to the advertising sales and marketing teams.

Lucie Albert earned a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in business, marketing, and management from EDHEC Business School, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended the University of Alberta for one year to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing and International Business.
