Pierre-Emmanuel Altieri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pierre-Emmanuel began their career as an intern at Renault in 2010 and returned for another internship in 2011, where they developed tools to improve reporting and data representation. In 2012, Pierre-Emmanuel took on a role in video production for the Executive MBA program at Epitech, enhancing educational videos for computer science students. Pierre-Emmanuel then interned at Dassault Systèmes in 2013, simplifying the import process of their 3DExperience interface.
In 2014, Pierre-Emmanuel co-founded Jamseek and served as its CTO, building the entire Android app and growing the user base to over 1000 weekly active users in the UK. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Mapstr as the Head of Android Development, leading the development of the app and implementing testing pipelines and transversal tools.

Pierre-Emmanuel also contributed to Yuka's growth by adding key features such as Premium, accessibility, in-app customer support, and machine learning-based product analysis.
Currently, Pierre-Emmanuel works at Back Market as a Senior Android Engineer, a position they started in 2022.
