Randall Niemeyer

Randall Niemeyer has extensive work experience in finance and development roles. randall is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer at Back of the House, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same company from January 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Back of the House, Inc., Niemeyer founded and acted as Managing Member of Ridgemont Advisors, LLC starting in July 2020.

Their previous roles include being the CFO at Veggie Grill, Inc. from December 2016 to January 2020, CFO at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery from November 2008 to November 2016, CFO at Pasta Pomodoro from August 2002 to November 2008, and CFO at Una Mas from 1997 to 2000.

Niemeyer started their career as an Assistant Vice President at VMS Realty, Inc. from 1982 to 1986.

Randall Niemeyer pursued their education at the University of Michigan from 1976 to 1980. During this time, they successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business & Accounting, earning a BBA.
