Jane Chang

Jane Chang is a skilled Food Scientist currently employed at Back to Nature Foods since October 2023. Previously, Jane held the position of Food Scientist at Ferrara from January 2022 to October 2023 and worked at PepsiCo from September 2015 to January 2022, progressing from Lab Technician to Senior Lab Technician and finally to Associate Scientist. Jane began an academic career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where research focused on gene expression and estrogen in mice. Jane earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015.
