Harald Sinka

Harald Sinka's work experience includes being the Head of Finance at backaldrin The Kornspitz Company GmbH since 2019. Harald previously worked at Erste Group Bank AG, where they held various roles. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Group Statutory Reporting, responsible for the regulatory reporting requirements of the banking group and leading a team of 35 experts. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Head of Reporting Competence Center, implementing a group-wide governance policy in the area of Regulatory Reporting and leading a team of 7 experts. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Group Accountant, involved in implementing a new consolidation tool and preparing various regulatory requirements and reports. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Corporate Finance/Audit at LeitnerLeitner Austria from 2009 to 2012.

Harald Sinka earned a degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Audit from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz between the years 2004 and 2008.
