Charles Wronski

Charles Wronski has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Charles is currently working as the Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer at Yara since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Backbar Solutions from June 2023 onwards. From January 2023 to May 2023, Charles worked as a Design Engineer at Formation Design Group Inc., where they successfully designed and validated multiple mechanical systems. Charles also led the design process from concept to production-ready models and utilized simulation tools for design validation.

In addition to their current and previous positions, Charles has also served as an HSF Scholar at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund from December 2020 to May 2023. Charles founded their own venture, CRUGS, in December 2020 and held the position of Founder until January 2023. Charles had another stint as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Backbar Solutions from May 2022 to December 2022.

Furthermore, Charles gained experience as a Powertrain Engineer at GT Motorsports from September 2020 to October 2022. Charles co-founded Meta Computing Systems and served as a Partner from April 2021 to June 2021. Charles started their professional journey as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Arseal from September 2018 to December 2018.
