Jeroen Gruijters has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Jeroen currently holds the position of VP Operations Customer Success at Backbase since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director Open Payments Practice and Regional Delivery Director at FIS from 2014 to 2022. Jeroen also worked at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services as the Partner & Alliances Operations Director and Director Hong Kong Operations from 2011 to 2014. Jeroen was involved in different positions at FRSGlobal, including Strategy, SVP Research & Development, and VP Professional Services from 2006 to 2011. Before that, they were the Global Operations Director, Customer Engagement Director (Europe), NL Regional Manager, and Senior Consultant at S1 Corporation (FRS) from 2000 to 2007. Jeroen began their career at Bank Labouchere as a Finance & Control professional and also worked as an Assistent Accountant at Moret Ernst & Young.

Jeroen Gruijters obtained a BA in Economics from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 1989 and 1993.
