Antonio Serrano has extensive work experience in operations and customer support management. Antonio started their career at SAP in 2007 as a Manager in EMEA Customer Assurance. In 2008, they joined LANDESK Software as a Director for EMEA Customer Support and later progressed to become the Senior Director and then Vice President for Worldwide Customer Support. In 2018, they transitioned to Ivanti as the Senior Director of Operations for Customer Support and currently holds the position of VP of Operations for Customer Success.

Antonio Serrano attended Universidad de Alcalá from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). In 1999, they participated in the European Erasmus Programme at Katholieke Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, in February 2002, they obtained the MCPS certification from Microsoft, making him a Microsoft Certified Professional.
