Ana Maria Chitiva Malaver

Ana Maria Chitiva Malaver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ana Maria started their career as a Quality Coordinator and later became a Quality Manager at Agencia de Aduanas Siaco SAS, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining management systems. Ana Maria then joined Agencia de Aduanas SIACO S.A.S. Nivel 1 as a Project Manager, where they led strategic projects and optimized processes in the logistics and supply chain.

After that, Ana Maria worked at ROLDAN LOGISTICA as the CTO Manager of Information and Communications Technology. In this role, they managed the technology and communications strategy, ensuring the availability of IT services and implementing solutions to optimize organizational processes.

Currently, Ana Maria is employed at BACKBONE TECHNOLOGIE as the Head of Production. Ana Maria leads multidisciplinary teams involved in the construction of digital solutions for digital transformation and business evolution. Ana Maria 'sresponsibilities include resource allocation, compliance with policies and good practices, identifying deviations, managing human talent, and collaborating with other business areas.

Throughout their career, Ana Maria has demonstrated strong project management skills, adherence to guidelines and standards, and a focus on improving performance and compliance.

Ana Maria Chitiva Malaver pursued their education at the Universidad Autónoma de Colombia. From 2003 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, from 2013 to 2018, Ana Maria specialized in Productivity and Quality Management, earning a Specialist degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in December 2020.
