Shanielle Howa Ware

Shanielle Howa Ware is an experienced professional in planning and merchandising, currently serving as Sr. Director of Planning at Backcountry since March 2020. Shanielle has a strong background in retail planning, previously holding the role of Director of Planning at Charming Charlie, where key achievements included developing financial strategies and leading monthly sales reviews. Additional experience includes roles at Pacific Sunwear, Metropark, Hot Topic, and an internship at Rock & Republic.
