Susanne Najafi

Susanne Najafi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with Procter & Gamble where they served as a Marketing Manager for various luxury perfume brands. Susanne later became a Product Manager for hair care and skin care in the Nordic region. In 2010, Najafi founded and became the CEO of Context Retail, specializing in pharmacy retail and services. Susanne also owned and operated two pharmacies. In 2011, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of eleven AB, a major online retailer for beauty products in the Nordic region. Susanne later served as a Board Member for Hafa Badrum and Investment Manager for The Springfield Project Sweden. From 2013 to 2015, Najafi was a Founder and Board Member of Clearlii, a company providing an omni-channel solution for contact lenses. In 2016, they became a Founding Partner and Chairman of BackingMinds, a venture capital firm. Additionally, Najafi served on the Board of Directors for Lindex and Stockmann, two prominent fashion and department store chains.

Susanne Najafi attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2000 to 2005, earning an MSc degree in Business and Economics. During the same period, they also completed a Masters degree in CEMS Master in International Management at the Université catholique de Louvain. In 2002-2003, they took courses in Political Science at Stockholm University.
