Guillermo Cura

Guillermo Cura is an experienced product design and frontend development professional with a strong background in leading teams and projects. Currently serving as a Product Design Leader and Frontend Team Leader at BacklotCars since May 2018, Guillermo also co-founded and holds similar leadership roles at Whitebear. Past roles include product design consultancy at Tryolabs and various design and development positions at Toptal, Neon Roots, and Sophilabs. Guillermo's early career included co-founding Crab and organizing events for JSConf.uy and the Montevideo Web Design Group. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Deutsche Schule Montevideo.
