Refe Tuma

Refe Tuma is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at BacklotCars since July 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing the online marketplace experience for auto dealers and rental companies. Tuma has also been an author and speaker since November 2013, with notable works including the middle-grade novel "Frances and the Werewolves of the Black Forest" and the award-winning "What the Dinosaurs Did" picture book series. Previous experience includes leading experience design at DEG Digital, where Tuma established a comprehensive UX practice and managed design strategies across various industries.
