Taylor Steelman

Taylor Steelman currently serves as the Associate Director of Behavior and User Experience at Millennium Challenge Corporation, leading efforts in designing large-scale poverty reduction initiatives. Previously, Taylor held various roles at ReD Associates, including Senior Manager, where strategic advising was provided to corporate and non-profit leaders. Taylor also served as Managing Director at Fibonacci & Authentique Companies, overseeing start-up operations for an arts company, and as a Fulbright Scholar in Haiti, where collaboration on infrastructure projects was executed. Additional experience includes teaching at Yale University and working with properties at Millennium Challenge Corporation and The Wilson Center on economic development and post-conflict evaluations. Taylor holds an MA in International Relations from Yale University and a BA in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
