Marcus Glover

Marcus Glover is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as an Investor at Backpack Healthcare and as a General and Managing Partner at Lockstep Ventures since October 2020, Glover focuses on addressing the racial inequality gap affecting Black communities. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of M. Glover Capital LP, an equity firm aimed at disrupting middle-market sectors, and as an Advisor for WeWork Labs, providing strategic support to early-stage ventures. Glover's career also encompasses significant positions such as Partner at Southbox Ventures, Producer at Barajoun Entertainment, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of GLU Agency, CMO for will.i.am, and Executive Producer for the documentary “The Beautiful Game.” Glover holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Howard University.
