Rupert Plumb

Rupert Plumb is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at BSI Merch, where responsibilities include driving operational transformation and growth initiatives alongside senior management. Previously, Plumb held the position of Head of Venture Relations at AEI Ventures, overseeing production and operations for significant events while launching the Founders Community and managing investor pipelines. With nearly a decade at AEI Group, roles included Senior Project Manager, Head of Product Development, and Project Development Manager, focusing on automating processes, enhancing e-commerce revenue, and improving product offerings. Earlier experience includes positions as Community Relations Manager and Marketing Assistant at AEI Group, and founding Paragon Online Marketing. Rupert Plumb holds a BA in Public Relations from Griffith University.
