Denise Nelson

Denise Nelson has extensive experience in managerial roles at Sheffield Hallam University, where since October 2018, Denise has served as Head of Directorate and College Operations, overseeing the Directorate Office team that provides business and project support. Prior to this, Denise held the position of Systems & Services Manager from 1988 to October 2015, leading various operational and customer service initiatives across university campuses. Denise's early career includes roles as Operations Manager for both Estates and telephony and office services, and as a PA/Senior Administrator at Lodge Moor Hospital. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Facilities Management from Sheffield Hallam University and various certifications in training and personnel practices from Loxley College and Sheffield Hallam University.
