Susan Michaelis

Susan Michaelis has a diverse work experience in product management and commodity management. In 1994, they started as an Assistant Product Manager at The Coleman Company, Inc. Over the years, they held various roles including Product Manager for sleeping bags, Senior Product Manager for softlines, and Director of Softlines. From 2011 to 2014, they served as Senior Director of Global Quality Management and Senior Director of Commodity Management. In 2023, they joined Backyard Discovery as the Director of Product.

Susan Michaelis attended Kansas State University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
