Randolph Seidler

Randolph Seidler is an experienced professional with a long career in the field of biomedicine. Randolph has held a variety of roles since 1997, when they began working at Boehringer Ingelheim as VP, Global Head of Business Development & Licensing Animal Health. From there, they moved on to become Managing Director of BI Veterinary Research Center GmbH & Co. KG, VP, Global Head of R&D Animal Health, Head of Global R&D Site Integration Animal Health, Senior Principal Scientist Cardiovascular Diseases, Principal Scientist Cardiovascular Diseases, and Senior Scientist General Pharmacology. In 2018, they took on the role of Independent Board Director at Bactana Corp. and in 2019 they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at Fluxergy LLC, Co-Founder at Peryton Biomedical GmbH, and Independent Board Director at AAVACC Pte Ltd. Most recently, in 2021, Randolph Seidler became Co-founder and CTO at Veterna S.r.l. and Venture Partner at Anterra Capital.

Randolph Seidler's education history includes completing an Abitur from Merz Schule Stuttgart in 1988, studying Veterinary Medicine at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1990 to 1997, and obtaining a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from INSEAD from 2017 to 2018. In 2020, they completed a Course on successfully performing the supervisory role of a non-executive director from INSEAD.
