Jeroen Heerkens

Jeroen Heerkens is an experienced HR Adviseur with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving at BACU Bakkerij since March 2022, Jeroen oversees the full employee lifecycle for approximately 150 FTEs and manages HR and payroll project rollouts following the acquisition of HEMA bakeries, totaling 250 FTEs across seven locations. Prior experience includes a return to Desch Plantpak from February 2018 to February 2022, where Jeroen contributed to HR policy development within a small team. Previous roles include HR advisory positions at PROFI-SEC Group and Desch Plantpak, along with foundational experiences in HR and administrative support through internships at Brabant Water N.V. and vanHaren Schoenen BV. Jeroen holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and a Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration.
