Marius T. Kristiansen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marius T. is currently working as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Agder, a position they have held since September 2020.
Prior to their current role, Marius was the Owner of Trandheim Utvikling AS, starting from January 2012. In the same year, they also founded and served as the CEO of BAD NORWEGIAN, a male skincare and lifestyle brand. Marius was responsible for managing the entire product development cycle and distribution of BAD NORWEGIAN in Europe, Australia, and Hong Kong.
From September 2012 to December 2016, Marius was the Chairman of the board and Founder of Norwegian Ambassador Vodka, a premium vodka brand emphasizing design and user experience. The brand was distributed nationwide in Norway.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Marius gained experience in consulting and management roles. At Frost Nordic, they worked as a Manager from October 2011 to January 2012, a Senior Consultant from August 2010 to September 2011, and a Consultant from August 2007 to August 2010.
Marius's early career included a brief stint as an Assistant at Korn/Ferry International in 2006 and an internship at Maxum in 2005. Marius T. also served as a Peacekeeper (Soldier) in the Norwegian Army from June 2001 to July 2002.
Marius T. Kristiansen has a diverse education history. In 2002, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Oslo (UiO), majoring in Political Science and Economics. After completing their bachelor's degree in 2005, they further pursued their education at the BI Norwegian Business School. From 2005 to 2007, Marius earned a Master of Science degree in international marketing and management. During this time, they also attended the Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship in 2005, where they gained knowledge and skills in the field of business. In the same period, Marius attended ESCP Business School, obtaining a Master of Science degree in International Business and Project Development. The combination of these academic achievements reflects their multidisciplinary approach and interest in international business and project development.
