Maha Alswailem

Maha Alswailem is a seasoned professional in corporate governance, currently serving as Head of Corporate Governance at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since December 2017, with a progression through various roles in the corporate governance unit. In addition to this position, Maha Alswailem is an Audit & Risk Committee member for Badael Company since November 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Compliance Consultant at EY and as an Attorney at Mohammed AlRayes Law Firm, where expertise in legal advice and compliance was demonstrated. Maha Alswailem has an extensive educational background, holding a Master of Law (LLM) in Commercial Law and several diplomas and executive education credentials in governance, risk, and leadership from prestigious institutions such as IMD and London Business School.
