Sean van Wyk

Sean van Wyk is a Senior Cloud Engineer at Badal.io since February 2023, with prior experience as an Intermediate Backend Engineer at Knockri, where significant contributions included the design of a Single Sign-On system on Azure Active Directory and the development of a custom graph database for an in-house science team. Earlier positions include roles as a Jr Backend Engineer at TimeSaved, where backend systems and CI/CD pipelines were implemented, and as a Software Developer at Woodgrove Technologies, prototyping AI tools for mineral processing. As a co-founder and co-president of The Gate UTSC, along with serving as CTO at Illustrious Comics, Sean has a strong background in software development and project management, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
