Justin Shiels is a creative professional with extensive experience in design, art direction, and digital marketing. As the Founder, Designer, and Illustrator at justinshiels.com since February 2019, Justin specializes in branding and marketing strategy for various clients. Additionally, as a Speaker for Badassery since May 2022, Justin delivers keynotes and workshops focused on creativity and emotional intelligence. Previous roles include Creative Director at Fragment Media Group and Springbox, where responsibilities encompassed leading digital marketing efforts for prominent clients, as well as recruiting and mentoring creative teams. Justin also founded This Creative Lab and INVADE, focusing on providing creative services and industry insight, respectively. With educational credentials including a Bachelor's in Graphic Design from Loyola University New Orleans and two Master's degrees in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans, Justin combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive brand success and inspire others in the creative field.
