Badel 1862 was established in 1862 in Croatia, when Franjo Pokorny, the first owner, entrepreneur, trader and master distiller revolutionized the spirits industry by creating Croatia's first and most renowned herbal liqueur Pelinkovac Antuque. Since then, our company has grown to include an impressive portfolio of more than 200 brands and labels.

We also hold distribution licenses for some of the most renowned global brands (Grey Goose, Bacardi, Bombay, Martini, Dewar's, Nikka, Patron and Sierra Tequilla, Marie Brizard, Erasmus Bond Tonics) for Croatia and the region.
