Jan Hadenfeld

Head of Service Management at badenIT

Jan Hadenfeld is the current Head of Service Management at badenIT. Prior to this, Jan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers AG WPG as IT Service Manager from February 2008 to December 2009. There, they were responsible for the implementation of Service Management processes according to ITIL V3, as well as overseeing the introduction of the Service Level Management and Service Catalogue Management processes. Jan also served as Process Manager for the Service Level Management and Service Catalogue Management. From July 2007 to January 2008, Jan was with SICK AG as IT Service Manager (CIO Office) where they were responsible for setting up IT Service Management, introducing ITIL processes, and leading the project to introduce an integrated system support for IT Service Support processes up to the Service Desk. Jan also introduced a Service Desk and set up the Management Reporting by introducing and measuring key performance indicators.

Their manager is Peter Lais, Managing Director. Jan Hadenfeld works with Hans-Peter Schill - Head of Controlling & Finance, Ralf Held - Head of Data Center & Infrastructure, and Andreas Feulner - Head of Managed Services.
