Didem Düzarat

Didem Düzarat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Didem started their career in 2004 as a Media Planner at ZenithOptimedia Group I The ROI Agency and later worked as a Media Planner at UM | Universal McCann GmbH. In 2007, they joined MTV Turkey as a Sales Manager and then moved on to Saran Holding where they served as a Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011. Didem co-founded Sade Istanbul in 2011 and worked as a Founding Partner until 2016. Didem then joined Hedef Filo as a Sales Account Manager and was responsible for managing fleet services. In 2017, they transitioned into a career in recruitment and joined Badenoch + Clark as a Senior Consultant. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the Sales & Marketing Division and currently holds the position of Director- Sales & Marketing Division. Didem's expertise lies in sales and marketing, and they have client management and recruitment experience.

Didem Düzarat obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they completed between 1999 and 2004.
