Jorge Gaona

Jorge Gaona has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jorge currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Bader since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director at Gerresheimer from 2016 to 2023, where they implemented HR strategies, led union relations and negotiations, and developed compensation strategies. Before that, they served as the OD & HR Sr Manager at ABC Group from 2014 to 2016, and as the Human Resources Plant Manager at iP3 Mexico from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as the OD Manager at Norgren from 2011 to 2012, and as a Founding Partner at ORGANIZarte from 2009 to 2011. Jorge also has experience at Nokia as an HRD/HR from 2006 to 2009 and at Kraft General Foods as a Learning Coordinator from 2005 to 2006. Jorge's work experience began in 2004 as a Human Resources Generalist at Clinica de Especialidades Santa Rosa.

Jorge Gaona holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Diploma in Strategic Planning of Training from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Jorge also has a Master's degree in Economics and Administration MBA from Universidad Anáhuac. Additionally, they obtained a Finance Diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as a Diploma in Organizational Development from the same institution.
