Cynthia Cooper

Cynthia Cooper has over 10 years of experience in the field of user experience and design. Cynthia is currently working as the Associate Director of User Experience at Bader Rutter since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at VMLY&R as the Associate Director of Experience Design and then as a Senior User Experience Designer from 2019 to 2022. Cynthia also worked at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as a User Experience Designer from 2017 to 2019. Cynthia has a background in graphic design as well, with previous roles at Gun Lake Casino, Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc., and Outskirts Press, Inc.

Cynthia Cooper has a diverse education history spanning various fields. Cynthia started their education in 2007 at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Illustration, Animation, and Web Design. Cynthia completed this program in 2011.

In 2012, Cynthia enrolled at Kendall College of Art and Design, where they furthered their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Cynthia completed their BFA program in 2014.

To enhance their skills in computer software engineering, Cynthia pursued a Front End Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp between 2017 and 2018.

Additionally, Cynthia has obtained a certification in Mastering Customer Experience from Forrester in December 2021.
