Vanessa Barr (Bruemmer)

Vanessa (Bruemmer) Barr is an experienced public relations professional with a focus on crop protection at Bader Rutter since May 2012, currently serving as Associate Director. Vanessa leads the crop protection public relations team for Corteva Agriscience, overseeing various agricultural products and the Enlist weed control system. Prior roles include Group Leader, PR, and Business Lead, where responsibilities involved nurturing client relationships and revamping brand messaging, as well as Team Leader, PR, and Senior Account Executive, PR, contributing to strategic communications for the Enlist system. Additional experience includes partnership at BarrVue Farms, where Vanessa raises dairy replacement heifers and grows high-quality hay, and former roles at TagTeam Global and Rhea & Kaiser managing accounts for various clients. Vanessa holds a BS and BA in Agricultural Communications and Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
