Aditi Somani

Aditi Somani is a dynamic and purpose-driven professional whose journey bridges global finance, business analytics, and community impact. Currently serving as Business Analyst at Badger Color Concentrates Inc, she began her career in investment banking at Barclays before pursuing her Master of Science in Business Analytics from Seattle Univerrsity in the United States. Aditi has since combined her passion for data, process improvement, and people-centric problem solving through roles in tech, sustainability, and manufacturing. With a track record of leadership from founding nonprofit initiatives, published co author to serving on graduate student council, she brings curiosity, compassion, and a strong analytical mindset to every space she enters.
