Reid Yester

Reid Yester has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Badger Infrastructure Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Legal & Corporate Secretary at the same company from July 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Badger Infrastructure Solutions, Reid worked at Norton Rose Fulbright as a Senior Associate (Capital Markets) from February 2022 to December 2022, and as an Associate (Capital Markets) from March 2017 to February 2022. From June 2014 to March 2017, they served as Legal Counsel at Paramount Resources Ltd. Earlier in their career, Reid worked as a Regulatory and Community Affairs Analyst at Paramount Resources from May 2010 to June 2011. Additionally, they gained experience with the Government of Canada as a Summer Student at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade from May 2008 to August 2008.

Reid Yester completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science at the University of Victoria from 2005 to 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Reid pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of Calgary. In 2013, Reid participated in an exchange program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, where they studied Law.
