Aaron Kozlik

Aaron Kozlik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Machine Operator at Badger Electronics, where they were responsible for operating SMT placement machines and inspecting PCBs. Aaron then joined Adecco Group in 2003 as a Fork Truck Operator/Line Worker before transitioning to Racine Federated Inc. in 2005, where they worked as an Assembler/Tester. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Cashier at Hobby Lobby. In 2011, Aaron became a student at Cardinal Stritch University. Aaron then joined Badger Meter in 2012 and held various roles, including Lead Assembler, Shift Supervisor, Production Planner, and currently serving as a Materials Manager.

Aaron Kozlik has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and management. Aaron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Business at the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2013. Apart from their business education, Aaron briefly pursued studies in anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining a certification titled "15 Mistakes to Avoid in Data Science" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
