Materials Manager at Badger Meter

Aaron Kozlik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Machine Operator at Badger Electronics, where they were responsible for operating SMT placement machines and inspecting PCBs. Aaron then joined Adecco Group in 2003 as a Fork Truck Operator/Line Worker before transitioning to Racine Federated Inc. in 2005, where they worked as an Assembler/Tester. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Cashier at Hobby Lobby. In 2011, Aaron became a student at Cardinal Stritch University. Aaron then joined Badger Meter in 2012 and held various roles, including Lead Assembler, Shift Supervisor, Production Planner, and currently serving as a Materials Manager.
