Melissa Akers currently serves as the Director of FP&A at Badger Meter since October 2025. Melissa earned two Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Investment, and Banking, and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2002.
