Nick Skuban

Nick Skuban has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and machining. Nick currently works at Badger Meter as a Machining Manager, where they support automated production machining cells. In this role, they are responsible for robot and CNC programming, tooling, fixture design, and troubleshooting. Prior to Badger Meter, Nick worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the same company, focusing on project management and process improvements. Before that, they worked as a CNC Manufacturing Engineer at Thermal Spray Technologies, Inc., where they gained experience in CNC machining. Nick also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sundyne, where they programmed and automated milling and turning centers. Nick's earlier experience includes working as a Tool Maker at NIU College of Engineering, where they operated and programmed various machine centers, and as a Trip Leader at Outdoor Adventures, where they planned and led outdoor trips. Nick began their career as a Junior Plastic Injection Mold Maker at NyproMold Inc., where they machined, assembled, and fitted plastic injection molds.

Nick Skuban attended Northern Illinois University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mechanical Engineering.
