Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is an experienced professional with over two decades in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Development Leader at Badger Mining Corporation since August 2016, Jennifer focuses on aligning company culture with BMC's values and goals while fostering empowered teams. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at First National Bank of Berlin, where Jennifer held roles such as Human Resources Leader, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, as well as serving as a Loan Processor managing mortgage preparations. Earlier experience includes working as a Teller at Associated Bank. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
