Erika Carlos has over 17 years of work experience in business development, sales, and logistics. Erika began their career in 2004 as a Logistics Operations Executive at PROECI International Commerce and Export Promoter S.C. In 2006, they became a Procurement Coordinator at Palermo, where they were able to achieve a 20% cost reduction within three years. In 2010, they took on two roles, Export Manager - International Sales at Nex Flex S.A. de C.V. and Logistics Coordinator and International Procurement Manager for The XVI Pan American Games 2011 at Eurochain Sport S.A. de C.V. In 2011, they became a Senior CRM & Sales Executive at Asipac Projects Pvt Ltd. In 2014, they were a Business Development - Marketing Executive at The Middle East Marine LLC. In 2015, they were a Business Development Executive at Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC and a Property Consultant at The First Group. In 2017, they founded Nomade, where they were responsible for the commercialization of high quality furniture, 100% handmade. Finally, in 2022, they became a Business Development Manager at Badia Farms.

Erika Carlos completed the Harvard ManageMentor Programme at Harvard Business Publishing in 2011, a Diploma in Doing Business with Europe Documents and Procedures of International Commerce from Business Centre Mexico - European Union CEMUE in 2009, a Training Business Simulator from Fundation E. Canacintra Mexico in 2009, and a Bachelor in International Commerce from Universidad La Salle Bajío between 1999 and 2003.
