Mihael Agafitei

Mihael has an engineering degree from the Gheorge Asachi Technical University of Iasi, Romania, where he graduated in 1994. Directly after his University he joined Badotherm-AMC as an engineer at the mechanical lathe department. In 1997 he became CNC programming engineer and part of the team to upgrade the CNC department and in 2000 he became manager of the CNC department. Mihael entered the board in 2002 as Technical Director and is responsible for the design process and manufacturing development in the Romanian factory.
